2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of artworks on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

A contract is concluded once I confirm your order or ship the artwork.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs.

In accordance with Swiss law, no value-added tax (VAT) is charged, provided that no VAT liability exists.
(If you are subject to VAT, this section must be adjusted.)

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website (e.g. PayPal, credit card, twint, bank transfer).

Shipping will take place only after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

I am not liable for delays caused by shipping service providers.

6. Retention of Title

The artwork remains the property of the provider until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

As these are original artworks, there is no general right of withdrawal or return, provided the artwork is delivered as described and undamaged.

If an artwork arrives damaged, this must be reported immediately after receipt.

8. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Copyright

All artworks remain protected by copyright.
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer any copyright or usage rights, unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s place of residence, insofar as legally permissible.

11. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
